Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Visteon
John Donofrio has been appointed senior vice president and general counsel of Visteon, an automotive supplier. Donofrio joins Visteon from Honeywell, where he was vice president and general counsel of Honeywell Aerospace.
Before joining Honeywell, Donofrio spent seven years with the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis, the last three as partner. He began his career as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Donofrio is the author of numerous legal publications and has served as an adjunct professor at the Seton Hall University School of Law. He has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Rutgers University, and earned a law degree and a master’s degree in law from George Washington University.
