Bias Interrupters Tools

These Bias Interrupters Tools were created as a result of a study, You Can’t Change What You Can’t See, a first-of-its-kind survey conducted by the Center for WorkLife Law at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law on behalf of MCCA and The American Bar Association’s Commission on Women in the Profession. Published in September 2018, this report surveyed 2,827 in-house and firm attorneys and presents a stark picture of the systemic obstacles hindering many lawyers from achieving their potential.
