Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
  • Tax controversy experience (audits, appeals) required.
  • Experience in tax litigation.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
