Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for a tax controversy associate in our Taxation and Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of tax litigation experience.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required. Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office resides.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Tax court experience required.
- Experience with civil and criminal tax controversy, whistleblower claims, and voluntary offshore disclosures preferred.
- Strong academic record and analytical skills are required.
