THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Servicing and Special Servicing Associate to join our growing Charlotte office and the Real Estate Department.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Qualifications:
- At least three years of extensive experience with servicing or special servicing matters, including consents, assumptions, defeasance, default management or commercial securitizations.
- At least three years of extensive experience in dispositions, acquisitions and financings of commercial real property.
- Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base.
- Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
- Admission to the North Carolina bar is required, South Carolina is a plus.
