This attorney will:
- Be a leader within the business teams they support.
- Collaborate internally to develop processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
- Handle legal issues in creative, business-centric ways.
- Proactively identify opportunities to engage with internal and external stakeholders, earning trust and building relationships.
- Some travel, domestic and international, will be required.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar.
- 10+ years of legal experience at a law firm, corporation, military, or similar experience.
- Strong transactional experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
