Position: Real Estate Litigation Associate

Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the New York office for a Real Estate Litigation Associate with one to five years of commercial real estate litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have experience in all aspects of real estate litigation as well as general commercial litigation experience. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Experience in all aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
- Experience with landlord-tenant litigation, license/access agreements, construction contracts and litigation, development agreements, contract disputes, and co-op/condominium litigation strongly preferred.
