The associate would be involved in fiduciary work for our retirement services group. An ideal candidate will possess legal experience working on ERISA fiduciary issues, including retirement plan investments, fiduciary governance, and fee disclosure requirements.

Qualifications: Superior academic credentials, excellent analytical skills, and strong writing skills are essential. Familiarity with plan services arrangements and investment products is a plus.
