Position: Mid-Level Construction Transactional Associate (4-6 years of experience)

Description:​ Our Chambers USA Band 1 ranked construction team is seeking a 4th-6th year construction associate to join the construction transactional team. Ideal candidates will have experience working on complex construction transactions and construction projects. Transactional skills are required; construction management or engineering background is a plus. We represent owners, designers, contractors, and project teams on both public and private work utilizing collaborative delivery methods. Our practice is supported by land-use, environmental, real estate, and public agency attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, sophisticated, construction practice.

This position may be based out of any of Hanson Bridgett’s five offices and we offer the ability to work remotely in an agile (hybrid) manner within California. The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $200,000 and $225,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience and the professional skills required for this role. Candidates will also need to complete a short qualification questionnaire with their application.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required.
