THE OPPORTUNITY:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor & Employment Counsel with 4 to 12 years of experience for any of our California offices: San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles – Downtown or Los Angeles – Century City.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

As a counsel in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 12 years of labor and employment litigation experience, ideally working on single-plaintiff matters, discrimination and wrongful discharge employment litigation, wage-hour matters, or class and collective actions.
  • The ability and drive to take responsibility for routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision.
  • Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California.
