Location: Blue Bell, PA
Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in our Montgomery County (Blue Bell), PA office for a mid-level associate in our Labor and Employment Department. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience in all aspects of employment litigation including class-action litigation and federal court civil procedure. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong academic record and excellent written skills required.
- Large law firm experience preferred.
- Federal clerkship experience and/or employment experience preferred.
