Qualifications: The successful applicant must possess experience in defending ERISA class action litigation, possess academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. This position may be resident in any of our US offices.
