Position: Employment Litigation Associate

Description: The Irvine office of Fisher Phillips seeks an employment litigation associate with 4-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have wage and hour litigation experience, including class/collective action experience. Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Although we would prefer that you have some experience in employment law, we are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any litigation arena. The yearly salary range for this position is $220,000 – $260,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
