Position: Education Employment Attorney (Alternate Track)
Location: Blue Bell, PA
Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Montgomery County (Blue Bell), PA office for an experienced Education and Employment Litigation Attorney in the Education Law Department. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in all aspects of employment litigation, Title IX and conducting investigations. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong academic record, research, writing, and analytical skills required.
- Title IX, federal, and state court employment litigation experience required.
- Experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and assisting in the defense of EEOC-related work preferred.
- Experience representing educational entities a plus.
