- Practice attorney to join our highly regarded corporate practice in our Washington, DC office
- At least two years of experience in corporate work, contract drafting, financing, mergers and acquisitions
- Prior law firm and transactions experience preferred
- Seeking applicants who possess excellent writing and research skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references
- Non-partner track position with a 1,400 billable hour requirement
- Potential for remote or hybrid opportunity
