Description: The Houston office of Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a 4-7 year experienced associate lawyer to join the Corporate, M&A and securities practice team. The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience at a law firm with private company M&A and technology investments. Excellent academic credentials in addition to strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills are required. The candidate should also be admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
