Description: Dentons US LLP is seeking a junior associate to join our sophisticated and highly-regarded Construction practice. Applicants should have excellent academic credentials and 1-3 years of legal experience. The associate hired for this position will work collaboratively with dedicated partners and associates on a variety of complex transactional and litigation matters, including work related to:

• Construction Agreements (including use of AIA platform)
• Development Agreements
• Design Agreements
• Construction Related Disputes (including defect and delay)

Expected responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing due diligence, general research and writing
• Assisting with drafting and negotiations related to the development of real property
• Contributing to the coordination and execution of a broad range of complex transactional matters relating to development and construction
• Assisting with construction related disputes in arbitration and litigation
• Generally supporting the practice as needed
