THE OPPORTUNITY:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Labor& Employment Associate with 3-6 years of experience providing advice to sophisticated employers and handling complex, collective, and/or class action litigation and matters on their behalf.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years’ high-caliber experience representing employers in labor and employment matters
  • Experience advising employers on traditional labor, restrictive covenants, wage and hour law, and other general—but sophisticated-employment law topics
  • Experience handling employment law litigation, with an emphasis on complex and/or class and collective action matters
  • Excellent writing and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively with clients and on their behalf
  • A desire to work hard for discerning clients and with exceptional colleagues, all of whom expect the very best from the lawyers on their team
  • Intellectual curiosity and high emotional intelligence
  • Excellent academic credentials and solid work ethic
  • Stellar analytical skills
  • Experience providing practical business solutions to clients
  • Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
  • The ability to walk and chew gum at the same time; i.e., the skills to manage multiple matters simultaneously
  • Admission to the Georgia bar is required, Florida is a plus
