In 2020, we lost Bob Bostrom, whom throughout his career exemplified what it means to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession.

Within a year of his leadership at Freddie Mac, minority representation in senior legal management surged from 0% to 22%. At Abercrombie and Fitch, he tied diversity goals to performance reviews and made hiring diverse outside counsels an enduring part of the culture. Bob was a relentless champion for organizations like ours. One of his last acts of service was generously donating the proceeds from his funeral to the MCCA. Bob was an ally at all stages of his life and we miss him dearly.
