Stephen B. Paige has been appointed vice president and general counsel of Gentiva Health Services, Inc, a New York-based home health services provider.
Prior to his appointment, Paige was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of General Semiconductor. Earlier in his career, Paige was vice president, general counsel and secretary for the NutraSweet Company, the major producer of foods and food ingredients, and earlier for Miles Inc., a large healthcare and consumer products firm.
He was also vice president and general counsel of the Chicago region for Monsanto Company, NutraSweet’s parent, and held several senior legal positions with Baxter International Inc., a major medical specialty, diagnostics and biotechnology organization, as well as other senior legal positions with large health care companies.
Paige holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
