Eric L. Barnum has joined the Atlanta office of McGuireWoods LLP as a partner in the Labor and Employment Department. He will focus his practice on employment litigation, including wrongful discharge, discrimination and hostile environment harassment litigation, labor arbitration, and analysis of personnel practices and procedures. Barnum also has extensive experience in complex multi-party civil litigation, including class actions, wage-and-hour claims, unfair competition, and administrative investigations and hearings.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Barnum served as counsel at Jackson Lewis LLP in Atlanta, Ga. Previously, he was an associate with Littler Mendelson, P.C. in Los Angeles, Calif. and Atlanta, Ga.
Barnum received his law degree from the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, Calif.; and his bachelor’s degree from the University of California in Los Angeles.
