Named to Board of Directors of the American Corporate Counsel Association

Don Liu, senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, was elected to the board of directors of the American Corporate Counsel Association.
As a board member, Mr. Liu’s responsibilities include establishing the general direction of the organization’s efforts to promote the common professional and business interests of attorneys who are employed to practice law by corporations, associations, and other private sector organizations.
In his role at IKON, Liu is responsible for the supervision of IKON’s legal and regulatory affairs. He is also chair of the Diversity Council at IKON, which promotes diversity within the company and the community at large. IKON Office Solutions is one of the world’s leading providers of products and services that help businesses communicate.
Mr. Liu also serves on the board of directors of MCCA.
