To Our Readers:
Over the past decade, the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) has greatly enjoyed its publishing partnership with ALM. The MCCA staff and I have appreciated both the opportunity to work with their first-class production team and to distribute Diversity & the Bar® to the readership of Corporate Counsel magazine. But with this issue, our organizations have mutually agreed to mark the end of our joint publishing venture.
Just as MCCA continues to evolve, so does the magazine. With the upcoming July/August 2010 issue, MCCA will begin to self-publish Diversity & the Bar as a stand-alone publication. We also plan to unveil a brand-new look for the magazine in coming months!
What does this mean for you, our readers? MCCA looks forward to continuing to bring you timely, topical information about the diversity leaders and innovative practices that are creating workplaces of inclusion. So how can you make sure that you continue to receive the magazine?
- If you are an attorney who works at a company that is a member of MCCA (see list on p. 8) and you currently receive the magazine, you will continue to receive the magazine without charge and on an uninterrupted basis. You may wish to confirm your basic contact information is correct by visiting www.mcca.com/updatemyprofile. After you log in, click “Manage Your Profile” in the left navigation pane and follow the prompts.
- If you receive your magazine through a subscription to Corporate Counsel or via another method, the only way to make sure you continue to receive the magazine without interruption is to subscribe by visiting www.mcca.com/subscription. We’ve made the magazine available at an affordable $34.95 for a full year’s subscription (6 issues).
Also coming soon, MCCA will launch several exciting innovations, including a new digital edition of the magazine with editorial content that’s enhanced in new and dynamic ways. So don’t miss out! Please make sure you continue to receive Diversity & the Bar and check in with us online.
With appreciation,
