THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Workers’ Compensation Attorney in our Labor & Employment Department with 1-3 years of experience.
You’ll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice group.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As an Attorney in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Qualifications:
YOU HAVE:
- 1-3 years of increasingly responsible experience defending workers’ compensation claims.
- Experience handling all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, including Labor Code Section 132(a) claims, serious and willful claims and subrogation.
- Experience and understanding of crossover matters of ADA and FMLA.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Stellar analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Admission to the State Bar of California.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 – $130,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
