ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a trademark/copyright staff attorney to join its Washington, DC office. Our highly recognized intellectual property practice is looking for a smart, self-motivated, trademark staff attorney to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in support of major national and international companies.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $160,000 to a maximum of $270,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the area of trademark/copyright law, trademark/title clearance and opinion letters, trademark/copyright portfolio maintenance and management, and enforcement, as well as licensing, due diligence/M&A, and related transactions. Experience with working on entertainment/media, tech, social media, online services and consumer products preferred. If you write very well, have sound judgment, can communicate effectively with clients, have previous law firm experience, and want the potential to grow your career for the long term, please submit a resume, law school transcript, and a writing sample.
