ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a trademark/copyright staff attorney to join its Los Angeles office. Our highly recognized intellectual property practice is looking for a smart, self-motivated, trademark staff attorney to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in support of major national and international companies.
The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $160,000 to a maximum of $270,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the area of trademark/copyright law, trademark/title clearance and opinion letters, trademark/copyright portfolio maintenance and management, and enforcement, as well as licensing, due diligence/M&A, and related transactions. Experience with working on entertainment/media, tech, social media, online services and consumer products preferred.
