Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in the Bucks County (Warrington), PA office for a Real Estate Associate. The ideal candidate will have one to three years of general real estate law experience. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- The ideal candidate will have a background in all types of real estate transactional work, including purchase/sale transactions, leasing, financing, closing documents and development documentation.
- Experience in sophisticated real estate transactions preferred.
- Experience in land use is helpful, but not required.
- An excellent academic record and strong writing skills are required.
