ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking an attorney with five or more years of product liability experience for its Product Liability & Mass Torts group in our New York, NY office. In addition to being licensed and in good standing in New York, requirements include:
- Strong academic record and professional skills
- Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills
- Experience with premises liability and product liability
- Ability to balance a high volume of work while remaining available for client questions and meetings
This full-time non-partner track position will have a singular focus and be dedicated to premises and product liability matters for high-profile clients. Responsibilities include propounding and responding to written discovery demands, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, oral argument, and drafting briefs and client status reports as well as providing ongoing and direct communication with the client to advance their goals.

Qualifications: 5+ years of product liability experience. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in New York.
The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $175,000 to a maximum of $240,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
