Position: Nonprofit Organizations Associate – Multiple Offices
Location: Exton, PA; Greensboro, NC; Raleigh, NC
Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for a Nonprofit Organizations Associate in the Taxation and Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in taxation and wealth planning for nonprofit organizations. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong academic record and excellent writing skills required.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate work regarding nonprofit corporations.
- Experience with charitable gift planning and general tax knowledge preferred.
- LLM or CPA certification preferred.
- Large law firm experience preferred.
