Position: Mid-Senior Level OSHA and Employment Litigation Associate
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Description: The Los Angeles office of Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with at least 4 years of employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will also have experience defending employers in workplace safety-related enforcement actions brought by Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, or other state OSHA plans. Qualified candidates should be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions and other briefs, as well as taking and defending depositions. Must possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. Must be admitted in California.

The yearly salary range for this position is $220,000 – $260,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
