Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for a Litigation Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation, including contract and business disputes, and white-collar defense.
- Clerkship or trial experience preferred.
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
