THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of complex commercial litigation and class action experience to join our San Francisco office.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As an associate in the Litigation Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of complex commercial and class action litigation experience in a law firm; trial experience is a plus;
- Experience preparing pleadings and contested motions (such as complaints, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, applications for temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunction);
- Experience taking and defending depositions and working with expert witnesses;
- Stellar writing ability and excellent academic credentials, as writing ability is critical for this position (we ask that you submit two writing samples with your application);
- Strong analytical and verbal communication skills;
- Candidate must be admitted to the California State Bar.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The salary range for this role is $275,000 to $310,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in San Francisco. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
