THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Associate to join our Labor & Employment Department’s People Analytics Group. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of substantive experience in OFCCP Compliance/Affirmative Action, Diversity & Inclusion, and/or Pay Equity matters.
We offer a team that pairs attorneys with analytics professionals to provide cutting-edge work with a national profile in OFCCP compliance, pay equity, diversity and inclusion and related people analytics matters.
While we prefer candidates to sit in our Chicago office, we will consider candidates outside of Chicago.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As an associate in the Labor & Employment Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
COMPENSATION:
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of substantive experience in OFCCP Compliance/Affirmative Action, Diversity & Inclusion strategy, and/or Pay Equity matters (experience in Reductions in Force/Workforce restructuring is a plus).
- Top law firm experience preferred, and a combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered.
- Intellectual curiosity, a willingness to think outside the box, and a knack for finding practical solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Candidates must be admitted to the Bar of the state for which they are applying or meet the requirements to waive in.
