THE OPPORTUNITY:
Seyfarth Shaw is seeking a Labor and Employment Counsel with 5+ years of ERISA litigation experience. This is a fully remote position and we are seeking candidates who are admitted to the Florida Bar and reside in Florida (preferably South Florida).
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As an associate in the Corporate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking matters in collaboration with senior attorneys.

Qualifications:
- Seyfarth Shaw is seeking a Labor and Employment Counsel with 5+ years of ERISA litigation experience. This is a fully remote position and we are seeking candidates who are admitted to the Florida Bar and reside in Florida (preferably South Florida).
- Experience handling cases from inception to conclusion.
- Top law firm experience.
- Excellent academic credentials and analytical skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
