Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in the New York office for an attorney in our renowned Labor & Employment Department. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience. We are currently not accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Experience in employment or commercial litigation is required.
- Experience counseling on New York employment matters is strongly preferred.
- Experience with the drafting and negotiation of executive employment and separation agreements is preferred.
- Some familiarity with ERISA breach of fiduciary duty claims is preferred.
- Some interest in international/cross border matters is preferred.
- License to practice in the State of New Jersey is preferred.
