ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a labor & employment associate to join its 3rd to 5th year class in their Los Angeles office. Our highly recognized employment practice is looking for a smart, self-motivated, labor & employment associate to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in support of major national companies.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $240,000 to a maximum of $305,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.

Qualifications: Candidates should have experience in representing clients in wage/hour class actions, traditional labor law, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination matters. Qualified candidates should also have a strong academic record along with excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Membership in good standing with the California Bar is required.
