ArentFox Schiff is seeking an associate to join the 2nd to 3rd year associate class for its International Trade practice. This position can be located in the Washington, DC or New York office of ArentFox Schiff.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $225,000 to a maximum of $240,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.

Qualifications: Candidates should have experience in Trade Litigation (antidumping and countervailing duty). Clerkship and/or experience in customs will be a significant plus factor. A strong academic record, interest in direct contact with clients, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment is required. Domestic and overseas travel required.
