Position: Intellectual Property Patent Litigation Associate

Description: Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in our New York office for an Intellectual Property Patent Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in a full range of patent litigation matters, including depositions, infringement analyses, claim construction, drafting substantive briefs involving patent issues, summary judgment, and motions to dismiss. Work Environment & Physical Demands
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
Physical Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary range for this position applies to New York. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $210,000 – $255,000.
