ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a litigation associate to join the 4th through 7th year class in its San Francisco office. In addition to general commercial litigation, the position may involve some intellectual property litigation and labor & employment disputes.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $245,000 to a maximum of $355,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have 4 or more years of complex commercial litigation experience and possess strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Experience with depositions and court appearances (first or second chair) is a plus. Must be interested in taking responsibility for cases. Candidates must also be highly organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent academic credentials. Judicial clerkship is a plus. California bar required.
