Position: Complex Litigation Associate

The Washington, DC office of ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking an associate to join the second or third year associate class in its Complex Litigation group. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of litigation experience, primarily in complex commercial litigation, and possess strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills. Candidates must also be highly organized, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess excellent academic credentials. Judicial clerkship is a plus. DC bar required. The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $225,000 to a maximum of $240,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
