THE OPPORTUNITY:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate to join our growing Charlotte office and to support our Real Estate Department.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
As an associate in the Real Estate Finance Group within our Real Estate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging and groundbreaking commercial real estate matters in collaboration with senior attorneys. This work will include loan originations, loan servicing matters and loan workouts/restructurings. You will have the opportunity to represent borrowers, lenders, guarantors and loan servicers.

Qualifications:
YOU HAVE:
- At least three years of extensive experience with commercial real estate financing matters.
- Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base.
- Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
- Admission to the North Carolina bar is required and admission to the New York bar is a plus.
