Position: CMBS Finance Transactions Associate

Description: Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, a top Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally qualified associate (at least three to six years of experience) to join its nationally recognized CMBS practice in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Kanas City or St. Louis.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- General finance transactions
- Securities and capital market transactions
- Real estate finance, including real estate capital markets experience
- Commercial real estate lending and securitization, including modifications, workouts and other servicing transactions.
- Success applicants will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, superior analytical skills, and a commercial, client-focused attitude
