Position: Aviation Associate (Alternate Track)
Location: New York, NY
Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in the New York, NY office for a non-partnership track litigation associate. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience particularly in the aerospace, aviation, and insurance industries. This is a full-time position but affords a more predictable work schedule than a traditional associate position. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position at this time.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Experience with aviation or complex products liability.
- Experience with airport premises liability.
- Strong research skills, writing skills, and academic record are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic litigation team.
