Kilpatrick Stockton
Wab Kadaba has been named partner in Kilpatrick Stockton’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, where his practice involves a wide range of intellectual property issues for both established companies and emerging technology companies. Kadaba assists clients in developing strategies related to intellectual property asset management, and has experience in both intellectual property litigation and procurement matters.
Kadaba graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a bachelor of mechanical engineering degree, earned a master of science in mechanical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During law school, Kadaba spent a semester in Tokyo, Japan, where he studied Japanese and Asian law and served as an intern for a Japanese intellectual property law firm.
Kadaba is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
