Jeanne A. Griffin recently joined Baker & Hostetler LLP as a partner.
Ms. Griffin has extensive experience in compliance and planning matters relating to tax qualified and nonqualified retirement plans maintained by private sector and governmental employers.
Prior to joining Baker & Hostetler, Ms. Griffin was assistant general counsel for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, where her responsibilities included matters relating to employee compensation, welfare, and pension plans. Prior to that, she served as assistant general counsel and assistant secretary for The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.
Ms. Griffin serves as recording secretary and as a member of the Constitution/ By-laws/Standing Rules and Program Committees for the Columbus Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and is a former Board member of Girl Scouts of Greater Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She also received the “YMCA Achievement” Award for Black Achievers in Business and Industry in Milwaukee.
Ms. Griffin received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law Center, and her M.A. and B.A. from Washington State University.
