Toll Brothers, Inc. recently appointed Don H. Liu as senior vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer. Liu will be responsible for managing all of the company’s corporate legal affairs.
Liu came to Toll Brothers, Inc. from IKON Office Solutions of Malvern, Pa., where he held the positions of senior vice president, general counsel, secretary and corporate compliance officer. While at IKON, he also served as chairman for the IKON Diversity Council. Previously, Liu was vice president and deputy chief legal officer for Aetna U.S. Healthcare in Blue Bell, Pa.
Liu earned a bachelor of arts degree magna cum laude from Haverford College, and was awarded his juris doctorate degree as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar from Columbia University School of Law.
Recently, Liu received the “Justice in Action” award from the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund. Last September, he received the “Business Leadership Award” from the Korean American Coalition. He was also awarded the 2004 Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey Annual Achievement Award. Liu is a member of MCCA’s board of directors.
