MCCA Names Damien Atkins as Chair-Elect and Seth Krauss as Director to Board of Directors
Washington, D.C. – The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) announced today the appointment of Damien Atkins, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at the Hershey’s Company, as the next Chair of the Board of Directors and Seth Krauss, Chief Legal Officer of Endeavor to its Board of Directors.

As influential leaders, Damien and Seth have worked to break barriers to entry and increase the hiring, retention and promotion of diverse attorneys in the legal profession. Their guidance will play a critical role to help MCCA redefine what a diverse, inclusive and equitable community looks like in firms and legal departments,” said Jean Lee, President & CEO of MCCA.
Damien Atkins is responsible for leading the corporate secretary, government relations, legal and security functions at the Hershey’s Company. Prior to joining Hershey in August of 2018, he was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Panasonic Corporation of North America. At Panasonic, he managed the company’s full litigation portfolio and led global legal teams in several multi-jurisdictional Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and antitrust investigations, lawsuits and claims. Before Panasonic, Atkins was Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and Chief Compliance Officer for AOL, Inc., leading a range of high-profile legal matters for the company, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate and real estate legal matters, including AOL’s spin‐off from Time Warner. Atkins began his legal career in 1998 as a corporate associate at Chadbourne & Parke (now known as Norton Rose).
Seth Krauss oversees the global legal matters, government relations, risk management and physical security at Endeavor. Krauss is also a member of the executive team responsible for managing the day to day affairs of the company. Prior to Endeavor, Krauss served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (NASDAQ TTWO). He joined Take-Two from Morgan Stanley, where he served as an Executive Director in the Legal and Compliance Division from 2004 until 2007. Krauss stared his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney and Senior Investigative Counsel in the New York County District Attorneys’ Office.
