Qualifications: Experience in a combination of several of the following areas is a must: joint ventures, commercial financing, private placements/capital raises, taxation and tax structuring, leases, easements, construction, property management agreements, land use or development. Enthusiasm for and experience in a combination of state and federal tax credits and incentives (e.g., opportunity zones, new markets tax credits, historic tax credits, tax increment financing, PACE and/or payments in lieu of taxes structures) is a plus.
