Position: Mid-Level Employment Litigation Associate
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Description: The Phoenix office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate with 4+ years’ experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions as well as experience with ESI discovery. Significant experience in employment and/or restrictive covenants/trade secrets law is preferred, but candidates with strong litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in employment law be considered.

Admission to the Arizona Bar and a JD from an ABA accredited law school is required.
