Position: Associate Attorney (Real Estate, Transactional)

Description: McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is seeking a transactional real estate associate to join our growing Real Estate group in our Frederick, Maryland office.

McNees real estate attorneys combine the scale of services and innovative techniques of a national law firm with the practical and personalized service expected from a hometown legal team. They deliver sophisticated legal advice to a broad range of regional and national clients in virtually all areas relating to commercial real estate law.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is $111,000 – $123,000. Your compensation will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications.

Opportunity for additional compensation:

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with licensure in Maryland
  • At least one year of transactional real estate experience
  • Experience with general business governance or general commercial transactions a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive nature
